Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve excellence in training and competency development.
  • Maintain safe, punctual, and compliant operations at client locations.
  • Operate both manual and hydraulic valves.
  • Repair SLB-manufactured products, including valves, actuation systems, and control panels.
  • Perform lubrication and preventive maintenance on SLB equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to diagnose and resolve issues related to SLB products.
  • Conduct fieldwork across various regions and perform shop duties as necessary.
  • Complete safety documentation and reports.
  • Engage in job risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Interact with customer representatives to promote SLB products and services.
  • Provide mentorship to colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required; a college diploma is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in the oilfield sector; prior experience in wellhead installation is advantageous.
  • Must be a self-starter with mechanical aptitude and strong analytical skills.
  • Possess a clean driving record with a full Class 5 non-GDL license.
  • Candidates must have the legal right to work and reside in Canada without sponsorship.
