Claridge Homes is seeking a highly skilled Property Management Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional tenant service and respond to tenant requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Conduct periodic inspections of properties and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and proper upkeep.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date property and lease files, and prepare relevant documents as needed.
- Coordinate marketing strategies to secure prospective residents and maximize occupancy levels.
- Deal with resident concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 1-3 years of related experience.
- Knowledge of best practices related to leases and service contracts.
- Experience dealing with the Landlord and Tenant Board.
- In-depth property management knowledge, including building operations, customer service, and occupational health and safety.
