About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Decision Making
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision and mission.
    • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and policies.
    • Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
  • Skills
    • Strong financial planning, analysis, and management skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
