- Supervise daily accounting functions, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Direct the creation of precise and timely financial statements, reports, and projections.
- Establish and uphold financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to guarantee compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with various department leaders to formulate and oversee budgets, providing analytical insights to facilitate strategic decision-making.
- Manage the financial audit process and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; CPA certification is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Financial Manager or in a comparable position, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices in financial management.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing finance professionals.
