Senior Manager, Physical Security Risk Expert

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Physical Security Risk to develop, plan, implement, and maintain the Physical Security Risk (PSR) program and stewardship of the Facility Threat & Risk Assessment (FTRA) and Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) Programs on an Enterprise-wide basis for all Global RBC business units.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze current and emerging physical security risks through continuous FTRA's of critical facilities around the world.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sound proactive and reactive measures in security risk management programs and solutions.
- Manage and refine risk approaches within the Facility Threat & Risk Assessment process.
- Represent Corporate Security Management and participate on various internal committees, industry working groups, and work with external parties as required.
- Proven 7-10 years of relevant and recent experience in corporate physical security and audit/assessments in financial services.
- Excellent understanding of Threat Risk Assessments, Security Planning, Security Operations.
- Experience in Corporate Physical Security in an enterprise setting, working in multiple geographic locations.
- Working experience and knowledge in regulatory environments across major regions in the world.
- Diplomatic skills and proven competency to interact with all levels of Management while displaying a high level of security professionalism and discretion.
