About the Opportunity

RBC's Corporate Physical Technology team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Physical Security Risk to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Physical Security Risk (PSR) program. This role will be instrumental in safeguarding our global business units by identifying, analyzing, and mitigating physical security risks across all critical facilities worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide expert guidance to management at all levels on proactive and reactive security risk management strategies.
  • Lead the Facility Threat & Risk Assessment (FTRA) process, ensuring adherence to policies, processes, and controls.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify risks and develop comprehensive action plans for mitigation.
  • Represent Corporate Security Management in internal committees, industry working groups, and external engagements.
  • Support the Director of Physical Security Technology in designing and refining physical security risk guidelines and programs.

What You Bring

  • Extensive experience in physical security risk management within a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to physical security.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
