Hotel Operations Manager

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk staff, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest service delivery.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, staff performance, and operational metrics.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
