Hotel Operations Manager

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the front office and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of service.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Hotel, motel, or resort setting.
- Standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Client-focused and able to provide exceptional customer service.
