Hotel Operations Manager

Ganesh Hospitality Inc is seeking a skilled Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front desk staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports, and coordinate activities with other departments to ensure efficient hotel operations.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and evaluate staff members, ensuring they meet company policies and procedures.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked front desk and ensure seamless guest services.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
- Accurate: Ensure accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Client Focus: Prioritize guest satisfaction and provide excellent customer service.
- Dependability: Demonstrate reliability and accountability in all aspects of the job.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and other stakeholders.
