¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Actuar como un socio de confianza para las operaciones, colaborando estrechamente para comprender las necesidades del negocio y proporcionar información financiera valiosa. Desarrollar y presentar informes que añadan valor, incluyendo métricas de utilización y otros indicadores clave de rendimiento. Proporcionar apoyo financiero completo a las operaciones, supervisando el ciclo de cierre mensual, realizando análisis de GL y llevando a cabo análisis de variación entre pronósticos y resultados reales. Liderar el desarrollo de pronósticos y presupuestos en alineación con los objetivos operativos. Gestionar y optimizar el capital de trabajo, incluyendo la propiedad de los métricas de DSO (Días de Ventas Pendientes). Jugar un papel clave en el proceso de propuestas, brindando experiencia financiera y contribuyendo a las negociaciones contractuales. Supervisar la implementación y ejecución de contratos, asegurando que los términos financieros se reflejen y cumplan adecuadamente. Mantener el cumplimiento de los controles financieros y de SOX, asegurando la integridad y precisión de los datos financieros. Apoyar auditorías financieras, de control y de clientes, facilitando el proceso de auditoría y abordando cualquier hallazgo o recomendación. Liderar y mentorizar a un equipo de Contadores de Proyectos, fomentando una cultura de excelencia, colaboración y mejora continua. Manejar proyectos y análisis financieros ad hoc según sea necesario. ¿Te identificas con esto?

Título universitario en finanzas, contabilidad o un campo relacionado; se requiere una designación contable (CA, CMA, CGA o CPA). Experiencia en la industria de servicios es considerada un activo, particularmente en áreas como consultoría o servicios profesionales. Experiencia comprobada en un rol de liderazgo financiero, preferiblemente en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido. Sólido entendimiento de principios, prácticas y regulaciones financieras, incluyendo el cumplimiento de SOX. Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas excepcionales, con una atención meticulosa a los detalles. Capacidad demostrada para construir relaciones sólidas y colaborar de manera efectiva entre departamentos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con la capacidad de destilar información financiera compleja en ideas claras y accionables. Fuerte competencia y habilidades avanzadas en Excel. Experiencia en la gestión y desarrollo de un equipo financiero de alto rendimiento.
