Job Summary

Canada Post is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Sainte-Luce and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing mail and packages, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process mail and packages, ensuring accurate and efficient handling and delivery.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Diploma of Secondary Education or equivalent provincial experience, or experience in administration.
  • Training and/or experience related to interacting with the public in retail sales and/or customer service.
  • Understanding of basic accounting systems or postal operations.
  • Physical ability to lift containers weighing up to 50 pounds, push or pull boxes, sort mail, and stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours and be available for temporary assignments.

Working Conditions

This posting will be used to fill multiple Customer Service Representative positions in the Sainte-Luce and surrounding areas, including the following locations:

  • Pointe-au-Père
  • Luceville
  • Saint-Anaclet-de-Lessard
  • Saint-Donat
  • Sainte-Luce-sur-Mer

Security Clearance

Selected candidates will be required to complete a security screening process.
