Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Salesgamma is seeking a talented B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help us drive sales success. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with small business owners, offering them the best POS solutions on the market, and driving sales growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously refine sales and leadership skills.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales with a passion for leadership and a proven track record of sales success.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Natural leadership qualities with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Highly motivated and eager to excel in a commission-based environment.
