Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales floor team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
