Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Wasons Food Inc. as a key member of our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and that stockouts are minimized.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting key sales trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail management role
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
