We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is deeply committed to the BMW Motorrad brand. In this role, you will guide clients in discovering our remarkable lineup. Your exceptional attitude and customer service expertise will play a crucial role in fostering long-term customer relationships.
A valid M2 license is required to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time Client Care Representative position
- Deeply passionate about the Motorrad brand with extensive product knowledge
- Comprehend and execute our dealership procedures
- Showcase and demonstrate our inventory
- Review, update, and manage daily inventory records
- Plan and coordinate company events
- Regularly post on social media to promote products, services, and events
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence
- Stay informed about products, market developments, and certifications
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is advantageous
Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is mandatory.
- Product training and prior sales management experience are beneficial.
