Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Manufacturing Operations to join our team at JRoss Recruiters. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing operations team and driving business growth through process improvements and cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Manufacturing Strategies

Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to ensure the production of high-quality products while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Lead the Manufacturing Operations Team

Lead and manage the manufacturing operations team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Drive Process Improvements

Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.

Manage Budgets and Resources

Manage budgets and resources to ensure the efficient use of company assets.

Ensure Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Develop and Implement Training Programs

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the manufacturing operations team.

Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize business processes.

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 Years of Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing management, including 3+ years as a superintendent or manufacturing manager.

Labor Relations Experience

Labor relations experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

Strong Leadership and Communication Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills are required to effectively manage the manufacturing operations team and drive business growth.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Operations, or another related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, Six Sigma, Green Belt, or Black Belt certification.
