Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Analysis: Analyze parts performance in terms of costs, deviations from standards, and gross margin to identify areas for improvement.
  • Profitability Analysis: Examine product/customer profitability to identify low-margin parts and contribute to the development of strategies to enhance profitability.
  • Standardization: Review and participate in the implementation of new standards, ensuring alignment with automation initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize corrective actions.
  • Performance Indicators: Participate in the development and monitoring of performance indicators to measure team success.
  • Month-End Activities: Contribute to month-end activities, including analysis and interpretation of operational results.
  • Inventory Valuation: Participate in the valuation of inventories at year-end.
  • Subsidiary Performance: Review and analyze the performance of our foreign subsidiary.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Bidding Process: Determine the cost of parts in the bidding process.
  • Project Evaluation: Participate in the evaluation of major projects, ensuring the optimal use of government assistance.
  • Director Support: Provide support to the Director on related tasks.
