About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain financial processes, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support supply chain cost management and optimization.
  • Cost Control: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities, analyze procurement and logistics costs, and manage financial aspects of inbound and outbound logistics.
  • KPI Management: Analyze and track Days in Inventory Outstanding (DIO) and Days of Coverage (DOC) KPIs, monitor and analyze freight costs, and calculate month-end accruals.
  • IBP Process Support: Enhance the maturity level of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, track benefits, and follow up on customer service and supply chain KPIs.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or supply chain management, with a focus on financial analysis and cost management.
  • Skills: Digital savvy, with experience using an ERP, and the ability to automate manual processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual French and English is an asset. Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
