Our competitive compensation package includes a starting wage of $29.02/hour, shift differentials, a quarterly bonus plan, medical/dental/vision benefits, pension, overtime opportunities, and paid time off. The Production Laborer role is an entry-level position with significant opportunities for advancement. Initially, you will work a Monday to Friday eight (8) hour shift schedule, transitioning to a rotating twelve (12) hour shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays as you progress into further operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness with a strong emphasis on personal safety and the safety of colleagues
- Operate mobile machinery
- Ensure machines are correctly set up, functioning optimally, and troubleshoot as necessary
- Cross-train in various operational roles
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year or more of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience with forklift operation
