Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Aircraft Service Agent to join our team at Skyservice. As an Aircraft Service Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely marshal aircraft in and out of arrival and departure areas, ensuring the security of the aircraft and providing car valet service, luggage handling as necessary;
  • Operate fuel trucks safely, fueling and completing aircraft orders in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Perform loading and receiving of fuel at storage facilities, adhering to strict safety protocols;
  • Conduct regular aviation/jet fuel quality checks, utilizing various tests and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards;
  • Document fuel quality and fueling equipment inspections on applicable forms, maintaining accurate records;
  • Tow aircraft in and out of hangars and on aprons/ramps, ensuring safe and efficient movement;
  • Provide a range of ground services to aircraft, including connecting ground power units, lavatory waste disposal, and potable water services;
  • Ensure readiness and replenishment of anti-ice equipment during winter snow events, maintaining a safe and operational environment;
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct with customers and coworkers, upholding the highest standards of customer service;
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all facilities and equipment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols;
  • Perform other duties as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Valid G driver's license required, with the ability to obtain a DZ license;
  • Aviation experience considered an asset;
  • Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Basic computer skills required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems;
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service to clients;
  • Mechanical aptitude considered an asset, with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks;
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, with the physical stamina to work in a variety of weather conditions;
  • Ability to work outside in a variety of weather/environmental conditions.
