About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Ramp Agent to join our team at Starlink Aviation. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and crew members, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
  • Perform pre-flight and post-flight checks on aircraft, including fueling, towing, and loading/unloading of cargo and baggage.
  • Operate ground equipment, such as tugs and belt loaders, to safely move aircraft around the airport.
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
  • Valid Canadian work permit.
  • Class 5 driver's license.
  • Class 3 driver's license (an asset).
  • Hold an Airside "D" Driver's Licence (AVOP) or be prepared to obtain one within the first 3 months of employment.
  • Eligible to obtain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
  • Bilingual (French and English spoken).
  • Experience in aviation (an asset).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
