Farm Credit Canada is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Process Manager to lead the execution of its integrated financial planning process. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and integrated planning expertise.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the team responsible for preparing corporate financial plans and analyses, and for recommending appropriate changes to related content, presentations, and policies.
- Implement models and processes related to integrated planning and financial and capital management, utilizing in-depth knowledge of financial accounting.
- Manage the preparation of financial plans, targets, rolling forecasts, and stress testing.
- Oversee the execution of predictive models and development of driver-based planning calculations and business logic.
- Manage the execution of models used in pricing, performance management, and assessment of risk-adjusted profitability.
- Coach and mentor employees in a safe and supportive work environment, manage performance, and help set goals and priorities.
**Requirements**
- Chartered Professional Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst designation and at least seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven leader and mentor for a high-performance team.
- Conceptual and systems thinker who understands how to navigate the various planning needs from across the company.
