Financial Planning Process Execution Manager

At Farm Credit Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Process Execution Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the execution of our integrated financial planning process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the execution of our integrated financial planning process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
- Manage the preparation of financial plans, targets, rolling forecasts, and stress testing, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of predictive models and development of driver-based planning calculations and business logic, driving informed decision-making.
- Manage the execution of models used in pricing, performance management, and assessment of risk-adjusted profitability, ensuring accurate and timely results.
- Coach and mentor employees in a safe and supportive work environment, managing performance and helping set goals and priorities.
- A Chartered Professional Accountant or Chartered Financial Analyst designation and at least seven years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Proven leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of developing and executing financial plans and strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
