Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Construction Assistant to join our team at MASKEEN CONSTRUCTION LTD. The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist medical examiners in charge with tasks as needed.
  • Help align pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires working in a physically demanding environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be flexible and reliable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
