Your Impact:

As a Lead Software Engineer, you will utilize superior knowledge and experience to perform highly complex product design, systems analysis, research, maintenance, troubleshooting, and other programming activities. You will drive innovation for both team and product development.

What the Role Offers:

  1. Produce high-quality code according to design specifications
  2. Detailed technical design of highly complex software components
  3. Analyze, troubleshoot, and fix highly complex code defects
  4. Strong hands-on technical skills including demonstrable coding/scripting skills
  5. Propose creative solutions or alternatives balancing risk, complexity, and effort to meet requirements
  6. Lead software design/code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to company standards

What You Need to Succeed:

  1. 8+ years of software development experience
  2. Computer Science or related engineering degree with equivalent experience
  3. Experience across all aspects of the software development cycle including analysis/design, implementation, integration testing, and release management
  4. Installation and configuration of J2EE application servers on Unix
  5. J2EE application server development in Java for TomEE and EAP
  6. Relational database integration and SQL using JDBC for Oracle or PostgreSQL
  7. Good understanding of Web security aspects
  8. Good understanding of Virtualization technologies: VMWare, Docker & Kubernetes
  9. Knowledge of the open-source ecosystem and used open-source libraries appropriately and efficiently
  10. Excellent communication and time management skills
