Job Description:

As a Lead Frontend Developer at Mantras2Success Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth of our frontend web and mobile platforms. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and business acumen to deliver robust solutions and guide the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Problem Solving: Understand business problems and provide optimal technical solutions.
  • Application Design: Design applications following architectural patterns and best practices.
  • Technical Design: Prepare technical designs for components within the module.
  • Technical Communication: Articulate technology stack pros and cons to clients and the project team.
  • Performance Optimization: Lead performance tuning, re-design, and refactoring efforts.
  • Build and Release: Implement build, and release processes, and system configurations.
  • Reusability and Productization: Ensure reusability and productization of solutions across business areas.
  • Digital Application Performance: Optimize digital application performance and scalability.
  • Innovation and Trend Tracking: Drive innovation by tracking technology trends and creating new solutions.
  • Tool and Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Development Standards: Define development standards and ensure software quality and security.
  • Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor and lead developers, providing design and implementation guidance.
  • Industry and Academia Collaboration: Collaborate with industry and academia for new insights and ideas.
  • Company Representation: Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to blogs and white papers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • ~8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in architecture and design.
  • ~ Proficiency in UI technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, PrimeNG, JQuery, Ajax.
  • ~ Strong presentation skills and comfort in speaking with customers and executives.
  • ~ Experience in creating scalable, flexible, and resilient architectures.
  • ~ Proficient in software development processes, including test-driven development.
  • ~ Strong understanding of backend/API/service development and relational databases.
  • ~ Experience with web standards and mobile application architecture.
  • ~ Hands-on implementation of framework and open-source standards.
  • ~ Experience in digital and consumer-facing software system deployments.
  • ~ Knowledge of Node.js and Google Maps API preferred.
  • ~ Excellent collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ~ Ability to evaluate build/buy decisions and optimize for performance.
Preferred Experience:
  • ~ Development experience in SAP Fiori/Open UI5 framework.
