Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our food preparation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and portion food items according to our recipes and presentation standards.
  • Package take-out food and ensure that all orders are accurate and complete.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity during peak periods.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity during peak periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
