Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Subway. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
  • Prepare and serve food to customers, including portioning and wrapping food items
  • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the kitchen and dining area
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
