Key Responsibilities

  • Takes food and beverage orders and delivers them to guests in a timely manner
  • Maintains a clean and organized workspace, including tables, floors, and equipment
  • Provides exceptional customer service and responds to guest needs and concerns
  • Works effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience
  • Follows all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling

Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects, including trays and equipment
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
