Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms to luxury standards, adhering to safety and sanitization policies.
  • Provide exceptional service by anticipating and addressing guest needs in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Take ownership of guest privacy and belongings, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Restock housekeeping carts and linen closets at the end of each shift.
  • Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms and surrounding areas to the housekeeping team.
Requirements:
  • Warm and caring personality, with previous housekeeping experience an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • Strong physical condition required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
Working Conditions:
  • Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
  • Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
