Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, developing and implementing procurement strategies, and managing supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage external relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Initiate continuous improvement by implementing systems, processes, and policies that optimize procurement.
  • Verify compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to understand their needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Procurement or Supply Chain, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, procurement negotiations, cost management, policy making, and contract management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
  • Ability to build trusting, influential relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience introducing best-in-class processes and guiding change management and adoption across departments.
