**Job Summary**

The Churchill Health Centre is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. As a Pharmacy Clerk, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our patients and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide clerical and reception support to the Pharmacy Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of pharmaceuticals and supplies.
  • Process prescriptions and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Team to ensure seamless operations and excellent patient care.

**Requirements**

  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in clerical and/or secretarial duties an asset.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Working Conditions**

  • Work in a busy pharmacy environment, with frequent exposure to customers and staff.
  • May be required to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • May be exposed to communicable diseases and extreme weather conditions.
