We are currently looking for a Commercial Claims Adjuster to enhance our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating, assessing, negotiating, and resolving commercial claims through various communication methods. You will also oversee field adjusters on specific tasks and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of claims.
Qualifications- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an insurance claims setting, with knowledge of commercial lines considered advantageous.
- Post-secondary education in a related insurance field, actively pursuing full licensure and CIP designation.
- Proficient in conducting telephone investigations and adept at evaluating, negotiating, and settling both first and third-party commercial claims.
- Experience with CMS, ensuring meticulous maintenance of activity, transaction, and reserve records.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Office 365.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a commitment to quality and customer service.
