Role Summary:

Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing and E-commerce, you will be a key influencer in harmonizing digital marketing initiatives with corporate objectives. You will serve as a consultant, mentor, and advocate for digital strategies. Collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing & E-commerce and other departments, you will formulate e-commerce strategies and plans that align with brand goals and overall business growth, ensuring a comprehensive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with the VP of Marketing & E-commerce, establish both quantitative and qualitative targets for the website and design the ideal user experience.
  • Create annual and long-term strategies, setting sales, profitability, and gross margin objectives based on e-commerce performance metrics and marketing goals. You will be accountable for achieving these targets.
  • Collaborate with media agencies and/or internal teams to define a measurement framework and digital performance indicators (e.g., site traffic, user journeys, and conversion rates) to enhance online marketing investments.
  • Lead the development, training, and management of online subject matter experts.
  • Conduct regular meetings with teams to analyze results, offer insights for future enhancements, and identify opportunities to leverage previous successes and technology.
  • Oversee the creation, management, and enhancement of organic search strategies, ensuring brands utilize findings and recommendations effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • A University Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or E-commerce; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in e-commerce, digital, or online marketing.
  • Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to use performance data to refine current campaigns and uncover new opportunities; experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics is essential.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities, capable of thriving in a dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
