Food Service Team Lead

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dining facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise Food Service Staff: Lead and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Prepare Food Order Summaries: Compile and prepare summaries of food orders for our chefs, ensuring that they have the information they need to prepare meals.
- Supervise Food Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food trolleys to ensure that they are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our dining facilities are fast-paced environments that require attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management.
