Job Title: Rehabilitation Service Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Rehabilitation Service Worker to join our team at Annapolis County Municipal Housing Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to individuals in need.

Job Summary:

The Rehabilitation Service Worker will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation programs, and providing support and guidance to clients. This is a temporary position with a variable schedule, requiring flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess clients' needs and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Implement and evaluate rehabilitation programs
  • Provide support and guidance to clients, including counseling and mentoring
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
  • Developmental Services Worker (DSW) Training
  • Mandt System training
  • Mental Health First Aid Certificate
  • Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate
  • Medication Administration Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate
Work Environment:

This position will be based in a rural area, with occasional travel to other locations. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
