Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Payless Sand and Gravel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
    • Plan and control budgets and inventory to optimize resource allocation.
    • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
    • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by maintaining attention to detail and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Demonstrate a client-focused approach to ensure excellent customer service.
    • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
    • Display strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
    • Work effectively as a team player to achieve common goals.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the truck wash industry.
    • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 32 hours per week.
    • Proficient in English language.
