Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Wash Manager to join our team at Payless Sand and Gravel Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck wash facility, ensuring that all staff are properly trained and supervised, and managing the budget and inventory of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control the budget and inventory of the department to ensure that all resources are utilized effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of the truck wash facility.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, organized, team player.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 hours per week.
