We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Williams Lake Physiotherapy Clinic.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations. They will also maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, and conduct research in physiotherapy.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
- Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function
- Select and use appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve treatment goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Conduct research in physiotherapy to stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based treatments
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation center
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
