About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at Williams Lake Physiotherapy Clinic. As a Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical abilities, planning physiotherapy programs, and selecting appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Plan and implement physiotherapy programs to improve patients' mobility and function
  • Select and use appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations to achieve treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical and progress reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct research in physiotherapy to stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Teach and supervise patients in exercises and activities to promote independence and mobility
  • Administer evaluative tests and procedures to assess patients' progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
  • Current licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical stamina to perform duties that require standing, walking, and bending
