We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to work within our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Mother-Baby Care (MBC) at PHSA. This position provides an engaging academic setting that emphasizes evidence-based practices, patient-focused research, and pioneering clinical interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive Physiotherapy evaluations and design tailored treatment plans
  • Identify the need for specialized therapeutic equipment and facilitate its acquisition
  • Engage in effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ongoing research initiatives
  • Deliver training and educational support to colleagues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy or Rehabilitation Sciences
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
  • Current licensure with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
