- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
The supervisor will work in a vibrant restaurant setting, overseeing daily operations and ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols
- Assess and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management
- Supervise the delivery of food items
- Create and manage work schedules for the team
