About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions
  • Consult with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care

  • Assist with daily living activities and provide emotional support to residents
Requirements
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse in the province of work
  • Experience in long-term care or geriatrics an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
