Join Our Team as a Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Qualicum Manor, a beautiful and supportive community of 58 older adults living well together in Long Term Care.

This role is perfect for a dedicated and experienced LPN who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As a member of our nursing leadership team, you will provide care and support services that align with our client population of older adults, many living with dementia.

We have a collaborative and supportive work environment, with both RN and LPN leadership 24/7, and are well-supported with Care Aids, recreation, and support services. Our team is passionate about building a community of practice that understands what it takes to work within a regulated environment and still be 'at home.'

We use Point Click Care and RAI for documentation, and while experience with RAI is helpful, we are happy to train. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support services to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the nursing leadership team to develop and implement care plans
  • Document resident care and services using Point Click Care and RAI
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
