Position Overview
Revenue Analyst

This role is pivotal in enhancing hotel revenue through strategic pricing across various segments, effective management of room inventory, and optimizing availability strategies for multiple distribution channels. As a Revenue Analyst, you will compile insightful reports, conduct thorough analyses, and devise impactful strategies for the business.

  • Enhance revenue potential through precise management of software systems including PMS, Opera, Booking Engines, Channel Manager, Travel Tripper, Lodgic, Ideas RMS, CRS, and Sales & Catering Systems.
  • Assist the Revenue and Reservation Manager by preparing documents, reports, and presentations for daily departmental meetings, weekly revenue maximization meetings, and monthly, quarterly, and annual budget discussions.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
  • Conduct financial analyses for mergers and acquisitions to assess the value of companies or their assets.
  • Perform audits to ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Additional certifications from a recognized Hospitality Management institution are advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Knowledge of additional languages and a basic understanding of local languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience is valued. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
