Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at PCR Construction. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare building layouts and ensure compliance with building codes
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials for construction projects
- Prepare tenders and quotations for clients
- Build foundations, install floor beams, and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, and hardware
- Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites
- Survey building locations and levels
- Instruct apprentices and supervise other workers
- Estimate costs and materials for projects
- College diploma or equivalent in carpentry or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
