Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Assurance Program.
  • Integrate quality methodologies into daily operations.
  • Inspect production materials for defects, making necessary corrections or removing defective items from the production line.
  • Report any defects to the relevant supervisor or manager.
  • Promote quality achievement and performance enhancement throughout the organization.
  • Complete and maintain quality control documentation, including monitoring and documenting key quality indicators.
  • Ensure adherence to all components of the company Quality System, focusing on product safety, regulatory compliance, and product consistency.
  • Provide training and support to plant employees to foster quality awareness and a commitment to zero defects.
  • Ensure effective application of all food safety principles and legal requirements.
  • Monitor temperatures in production areas and coolers, maintaining proper sanitizer temperatures.
  • Support production supervisors in ensuring proper traceability is upheld.
  • Assist in conducting and analyzing shelf life testing.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Completion of Secondary Education.
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.
