Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pyramid Pizza & Wings. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that they are qualified and capable of meeting the needs of our customers.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations for improving our food service operations.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a physically demanding environment.
