Job Title: Supply Chain Agent

At Bombardier, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Agent to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide, developing new sources of supply, and leading negotiation business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commodity strategies, providing project and negotiation statuses to senior management.
  • Identify, analyze, and realize cost reduction opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in the development of business cases for projects.
  • Act as a single interface with suppliers for new business opportunities.
  • Support sites and/or business units with appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations of claims with suppliers in support of business unit production issues.
  • Support business units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches.
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers.
  • Ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with business requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, law, supply chain, or equivalent.
  • Five to ten years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry, manufacturing environment, or program management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management.
  • Strong team player with leadership and innovation skills.
  • High proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong capabilities in operations and financial management.
  • Familiarity with Just-In-Time purchasing logistics, integrated supply chain, and lean manufacturing concepts.
