About the Role

Bombardier is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Agent to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with strategic suppliers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute negotiation business strategies to secure the best possible deals with suppliers.
  • Lead and participate in the development of commodity strategies, including the preparation of business cases.
  • Identify, analyze, and realize cost reduction opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Act as a single interface with suppliers for new business opportunities.
  • Support sites and business units with appropriate sourcing strategies.
  • Coordinate and lead negotiations of claims with suppliers in support of business unit production issues.
  • Support business units in the application of contractual remedies against material breaches.
  • Lead contract negotiations with suppliers and ensure contracts are maintained in accordance with business requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, law, supply chain, or equivalent.
  • Five to ten years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry, manufacturing environment, or program management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience in project management.
  • Strong team player with leadership and innovation skills.
  • High proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong capabilities in operations and financial management.
  • Familiarity with Just-In-Time purchasing logistics, integrated supply chain, and lean manufacturing concepts.
